Delivery Information
1 Working days are Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays. The above delivery dates are for mainland addresses only, deliveries to other areas may take longer. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order although most items are despatched the following day. Standard Delivery -- Courier Express Delivery -- Royal Mail 1st Class Free Delivery to DE14 postcodes -- Courier Stock AvailabilityWe always endeavour to keep stock accurate and up to date on our Website, however, all items are subject to available stock at the point of picking for your order. If items are found to be out of stock, we may either replace with a similar, equivalent item of equal or greater value or refund the value of that line to you. Returns & RefundsIf you are not completely satisfied with any of the items you received please notify us immediately quoting your order reference number (this will have been emailed to you at time of order) to be issued with a returns number. Goods must be received in original condition and packaging, with all components intact. Refunds will be given up to 7 days after your order has been placed or 7 days after the order has been received by you (whichever is longest). All refunds will be credited to the payment card or paypal account used to make the order. Please note that Party Bag Goodies Ltd will not cover the cost of returning items unless they are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied and refunds will be issued upon delivery of returned items.
